Lunch

Supper

  • 1 cup of tuna
  • Half a banana
  • 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.

However, if you want optimal results you need to work out as much as possible. If you are not so physically active you need not to do extremely tough workouts, you can simple take walks or perform some simple stretching.
