ONE OF THE BEST DIET’S – HONEY DIET!

Honey Diet Simple Program

Due to the large number of nutrients, honey should be consumed each day.

Nutritionists advise that before the commencement of this diet you should obtain honey with tested quality and priority is given to dark honeys. If you follow this diet with honey, you can lose 2 to 3 kg in just 3 days!

Day 1.

Breakfast: 2 soft boiled yolk mixed with a teaspoon of honey. With the meal, drink tea with lemon or coffee (no sugar).

*Lunch: 100 g of cheese + 50 g boiled carrots + 50 g stewed broccoli + 50 g stewed cauliflower. Mix all this ingridients in a blender and make a cream and tea or coffee with 1 teaspoon of honey.

*Dinner: a cup of soup made ​​from vegetables, slice of whole wheat bread and 1 apple / pear / orange.

*Before going to bed, drink tea with lemon (no sugar).

Day 2.
*Breakfast: same as the first day.

*Lunch: Make a cream from a soft boiled egg, 1 tablespoon of honey and 100 g of cottage cheese. With the meal, drink tea with lemon or coffee.

*Dinner: 150 g of fish or chicken fillets, a small bowl of vegetable salad and tea with lemon.

Day 3.
Honey Diet*Breakfast: same as the first day + 1 apple.

*Lunch: 50 g of cheese, slice of whole wheat bread, fresh vegetables sallad with lemon juice.

*Dinner: 300 g stewed vegetables, a soft-boiled egg and a cup of tea with one spoon of honey.

Note: Each day, be sure to eat half a lemon!
