Remedy 1

You will need

  • Cinnamon stick
  • Lemon
  • Ginger
  • Water
  1. In a pan take 1 glass water
  2. Boil it
  3. Take 1 inch ginger, grate it T
  4. Put this ginger into glass
  5. Add one cinnamon stick into your glass
  6. Add 1 glass of boiled water
  7. Cover this glass
  8. Wait for 10 minutes
  9. Filter this water
  10. Add juice of half lemon

Drink this early morning empty stomach 45 minutes before breakfast

Remedy 2


  • Lemon
  • Celery sticks juice
  • Bottle gourd juice
  1. Peel and wash bottle gourd and take put its juice
  2. Take juice of celery sticks
  3. Mix both of these
  4. Take 1 glass of this juice
  5. In this if you want you can add pinch of rock slat and lemon juice
  6. Drink 1 glass of this juice early morning

You can follow remedy 1 and 2 on alternate days

Remedy 3


  • 10-12 garlic cloves
  • Curd – 2 spoon
  • Honey
  1. Crush galric cloves and take this pulp in clean bowl
  2. Leave for 10 minutes
  3. In this add 2 spoon curd
  4. Add 1 spoon honey
  5. Mix all of them
  6. Consume it any time during the day
