- 6 cups of chopped spinach
- 1-2 cups filtered water
- 5 cups of chopped lettuce
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 cored and chopped apple
- 1 cored and chopped pear
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Optional: chopped ginger and turmeric
Add water, chopped spinach and lettuce. Start the blender on a low speed. Mix until smooth. Gradually move to higher the speed and add apple, pear and celery. Add banana, lemon juice and last turmeric or ginger.
