Changes in urine color
If your urine has a darker color, although that you drink a lot of liquid, it may be an indication of a liver problem. Dark-colored urine: orange, amber or brown.
Dark urine can also be caused by dehydration, taking vitamin B supplements, side effects of antibiotics, enzyme deficiencies, a urinary tract infection and kidney problems.
The change in urine color happens when the liver is unable to eliminate bilirubin via excretion through the kidneys.

- Consume teas, especially green tea
- Exercise, run, walk, dance, swim
- Drink a lot of water (2 liters per day)
