Our protein cocktail consists of only natural ingredients, and therefore is not harmful to your health it doesn’t carry any artificial mixtures for weight loss. This cocktail is best to drink after physical training, as well as a snack or even dinner instead.


  • Milk with 0% fat – 1 cup
  • Yogurt with 0% fat and high in protein – 1 cup
  • Flax seed oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Banana – 1 piece
  • Walnut or almond – to taste

Hulled banana, cut it into small pieces and place in blender. Minced walnuts or almonds. Add remaining ingredients and whip well. If you want to sweeten the cocktail, add a little honey.
